Rural Development Project

The Hawai`i Rural Development Project is implemented through the Community Colleges of the University of Hawai`i.  The project has been made possible by a grant from the U.S. Department of Labor secured with the assistance of State of Hawai`i Senior Senator Daniel K. Inouye.

Hale Mahaolu, Molokai

The Youth Culinary Training Project on Molokai will have a class to be delivered in Summer 2013. Here is images of the Hale Mahaolu kitchen to be used for the hands-on portion of training.
